Exciting debates at Women in IT!

2nd of May 2023

Big praise to the inspiring women at our event last week!

The Entrepreneur Louise Herping Ellegaard showed us how a woman with a non-tech background lands in the IT industry, including her journey with the digital platform Clio.

Also, DI Digital’s Industry Director Rikke Hougaard Zeberg presented her fresh perspective and up-to-date numbers on women in IT, and gender bias resulting in a shortage of IT talent.

Lastly, the cool Pernille Bjørn, Ph.D., Professor and Head of Research at the Dpt. of Computer Science at the University of Copenhagen thought us about Atari Women and their game-changing contributions.

It was a pleasure having you all, and thank you to the participants who engaged in the active debates and gave their personal points of view on the topic!

Inspiring talks events

This is our third event focusing on women in IT. We previously had Politician Margrete Auken and Communications Director at Innovationsfonden (Eng. The Innovation Fond) Pernille Rybe discuss women's quotas end earmarked paternity leave - can we regulate our way into more equality at the workplace?

We look forward to inviting you again - stay tuned here on our website or LinkedIn for similar future events! If you’re interested in participating as a speaker in a future version of this event, don't hesitate to get in touch with m.korch@supwiz.com

Thank you to all who participated in our event discussing women in male-dominated subjects such as IT!
