What we do

SupWiz is one complete AI platform for automating and assisting with customer service across all communication channels.

Our AI platform is comprised of chatbots, ticket routing, email-sorting, knowledge article matching, and much more. The solution for example enhances existing systems such as Zendesk, Remedy and ServiceNow with advanced AI, NLU, algorithms and machine learning. SupWiz’ customers today include NNIT, One.com, FTFa, Stofa, and many more.



The SupWiz Story

SupWiz was founded in 2017 by world-leading AI researchers and our CEO has previously founded and built a global software company with great success. We have people located in Aarhus, Stockholm and Copenhagen. The headquarter lies in Copenhagen.


In 2019 SupWiz was awarded the most prestigious innovation award in Denmark for perhaps the world’s best chatbot.

In 2022 SupWiz awarded the Børsen Gazelle 2022 for our innovative thinking!

 

SupWiz has also received the ISAE 3000 certificate, meeting our customers’ high expectations when it comes to security.
