Stephen Alstrup
CEO and Co-Founder
Stephen was previously the CEO and Co-founder of media streaming giant, Octoshape, which has hundreds of millions of users. He is also an Algorithm/AI Professor and his research have been selected as the 15 most important contributions to algorithms in 2016 and the 50 most important contributions of 2017 for all of computer science. Stephen is part of the Expert Group that advises the Danish Data Protection Agency to ensure best practices for the use of cloud services. As the CEO of SupWiz, he is responsible for leading the company and making sure everything gets done.
Søren Dahlgaard
CTO and Co-Founder
Søren is a 5 times national champion in programming and has a Ph.D. in computer science. He has the most publications at top venues of any Danish algorithms Ph.D. student ever, and was the coach of the only ever Danish team to qualify for the ACM-ICPC World Finals. Søren has also been a visiting researcher at Stanford University. As the CTO of SupWiz, Søren heads the AI efforts, pushing the product beyond state-of-the-art.
Mette Alstrup
VP of Operations
Mette has decades of experience in the support sector. She is an expert in everything related to ITIL, ITSM and project management. She understands the business and support processes intimately and speaks the same language as our business partners.
Mette has a master’s degree in Software Development from the IT University of Copenhagen.
Melissa Fandiño
Head of Communications & Business Development
Melissa has over 7 years of experience in marketing and international business development in different countries and industries, but most recently within the IT sector and SaaS products.
Melissa holds a master's in Global Marketing and Consumer Culture from Southern Denmark University. At SupWiz, Melissa builds and maintains customer relations, spreading the word about SupWiz.
Anna Gylling Seilund
Head of Finance & Administration
Anna has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. As a former professional basketball captain, she brings valuable leadership experience.
As the Head of Finance and Administration at SupWiz, she oversees SupWiz's financial operations, manages administrative tasks, and streamlines internal processes, ensuring the company runs efficiently and smoothly.
Michael Mandahl
VP of Strategy
Michael is VP of Strategy at SupWiz where he uses his experiences and competencies to ensure SupWiz are well positioned.
Michael is among other things an experienced and very successful founder/CEO of several companies. In addition, Michael has also been VC general partner for many years.
His experience in building companies, especially SaaS, is unmatched and we are excited to have him onboard on the SupWiz journey.
Martin Hastrup
Head of Engineering
Martin brings over 8 years of data science and developer experience from high-profile tech companies.
As a lead for the Engineering Department at SupWiz, this experience is used to streamline and improve the development flow, ensuring that SupWiz continues to deliver world-class products.
Martin has a Civil Engineering degree from the Technical University of Denmark, with a strong focus on Data Science and Machine Learning.
