SupWiz collects information about your activities on our website by the use of cookies. The data is used solely for the purpose of providing functionality on the website and for analyzing performance and interactions with the SupWiz site.

SupWiz does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer data to outside parties unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners or other parties who assist SupWiz in running our website or conducting our business.

SupWiz collects data via third-party services Squarespace analytics and Hubspot. Data is transferred via the same protocol as the originating site. SupWiz ensures that when using third-party services, that these are considered safe (e.g. on the EU-US privacy shield list) and that processing of your personal data is only taking place on behalf of SupWiz.

 

Data Security

SupWiz is processing your personal data only in a safe and confidential manner in compliance with current legislation and regulations, including the GDPR and the Danish data protection legislation. SupWiz offers different, GDPR compliant cloud providers for our solutions, here among Microsoft Azure and Scaleway. 

SupWiz uses a number of data processors for processing of information in the above-mentioned purposes. To this end, SupWiz has entered into a data processing agreement with these data processors guaranteeing that the data processors comply with applicable legislation regarding data security and processing.

SupWiz has received the ISAE 3000 certificate, meeting our customers’ high expectations regarding security. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards for security, data handling, and accommodating our customers’ growing demands.
