Puzzel adds SupWiz to its marketplace

SupWiz is pleased to be chosen into a strategic partnership by Puzzel - the leading innovator of cloud-based contact center solutions.
The partnership will enable Puzzel-customers to add-on a SupWiz chatbot into their contact center solution. With SupWiz’ out-of-the-box integration to Puzzel the chatbot acts as an agent in Puzzel’s contact center solutions by solving complex tasks such as paying an invoice, reset a password or inform about delivery status. When needed, it also requests call-backs or transfers to human colleagues in Puzzel’s solutions.
