DevOps Engineer
DevOps Engineer in leading AI scale-up
We are looking for a skilled DevOps engineer, who will be part of our core team developing world-class AI solutions for customer service and support including chat/email/voicebots, live chat, AI assistance for ticket handling, and much more.
You will be joining a fast-growing start-up and an excellent team of experienced engineers and data scientists to create innovative software used by millions of users across the globe.
As a DevOps engineer at SupWiz, you will be working on our infrastructure stack, CI/CD pipeline, monitoring setup, infrastructure as code, and more. You will work together with multiple development teams to ensure that our solutions are delivered in a timely and reliable manner to our customers and end-users.
You will be doing among other things
You will build on top of our existing suite of deployment tools and modern tech stack currently including Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, Prometheus, ArgoCD, etc.
You will be responsible for deploying and monitoring AI solutions in production to a wide range of clients and improving the customer service experience for millions of end-users
You will be able to have a huge impact on your tasks and introduce new technology in collaboration with your colleagues
You will work with a high degree of freedom and responsibility. In return, we expect that you handle this freedom and responsibility well
You will be working smartly to automate as many parts of the DevOps process as possible
About you
Relevant education. You possibly have a master’s in computer science, software engineering, or similar
Experience with containerized deployments and cloud infrastructure
Experience with scripting languages and Python
You like working with a high degree of freedom and responsibility
You have solid communication skills and are able to work with people from many different teams
You thrive in an informal and changing environment
You are a team player who feels responsible for the overall goal and vision
