SupWiz is joining Kundeservice – IT Service & Support (KISS) 2024 together with Puzzel and we are looking forward to speaking with you about how AI can be a game changer within service and support and contact centres!

We’re very excited for this edition of KISS with a cool lineup of practical use cases including Din Sundhedsfaglige A-kasse’s (DSA) session on generative AI chatbots and how to ensure their reliability. They'll share how they developed a digital assistant that answers questions accurately and enthusiastically using AI, providing unique member services like application generation and meeting booking, all without any strange hallucinations.

KISS 2023: Together with Malin Marker Persson, CDO at Akademikernes A-kasse (AKA), SupWiz was part of the agenda discussing how AKA succeeded in implementing AI and has become a role model for several companies

KISS 2022: From the eHealth platform Sundhed.dk, Louise Thomsen, together with SupWiz CEO Stephen Alstrup, joined the program as speakers, discussing how to both use and build a Chatbot during critical times, like the Corona pandemic
