Get started with the best chatbots
23th of September 2020
More and more organizations are discovering the potential of implementing a chatbot to create better customer service and at the same time automate tasks.
“The future of customer service: Get started with the best chatbots” was the title of the conference held this Tuesday for professionals curious to learn more about chatbot technology.
SupWiz CEO Stephen Alstrup presented at the conference. He kicked of his presentation with asking the audience to stand up and then to sit down if they mostly have had bad experiences with chatbots. Few people were standing after that exercise.
That emphasizes Stephens first key point: Only few good solutions exist, and AI is (still) not a plug-and-play solution.
Next Stephen talked about recent developments in AI and how these impact chatbot technologies. Moreover, he showed how One.com and TV2 create great results in customer service and support with a SupWiz chatbot.
Some of Stephen’s key takeaways were:
Working with chatbots is a matter of creating a human-machine balance.
Implementing a chatbot is (for most of SupWiz’ clients) a matter of increasing quality of service and secondary about automation.
