Dutch Hostnet goes live with AI chatbot

Leading hosting provider in the Netherlands, Hostnet, introduces AI chatbot-agent “Kevin”

The challenge:
To deliver the best possible customer experience Hostnet offers support 7 days a week through different communication channels, including a live chat with human agents. These results in around 5k to 7k chats a month involving everything from invoice queries to technical questions that require immediate attention.
SupWiz Chatbot:
To support agents and increase customer service hours Hostnet has introduced "Kevin", a new AI chatbot agent powered by SupWiz. Bob, a Support Lead, and Michael, an agent at Hostnet have managed the implementation process of the chatbot.
