One of our newest solutions, SupWiz voicebot aims to offer best-in-class phone support. To achieve this we combine SupWiz AI, which is tailored to each organization and has an easy setup that doesn’t require coding skills, with Vonage’s robust infrastructure. This combination allows us to offer advanced interaction options in our voicebots who not only communicate with users through voice or keypresses, but can also send additional information through SMS or transfer the call to a human agent in a
call center.
