We are currently in a very exciting development phase when it comes to AI for e.g., service and support.

But many attempts to regulate AI are failing - can we train it to get rid of bias and how can we make AI “better”?

Furthermore, our CEO & Co-founder, Stephen Alstrup, who is also a professor and Algorithm Expert, has been invited to take part in the program discussing AI. AI is today used in many applications, including as a dialogue tool e.g. Chatbots. He will present concrete examples of AI, the pitfalls of bias, and Black-Box algorithms, as well as confirm and disprove the associated myths about AI.
