Women quotas end earmarked paternity leave - can we regulate our way into more equality at the workplace?

This was the main theme when member of the Danish Socialist People’s Party and the Parliament, Margrete Auken together with Pernille Rype, VP of Communication at Innovationsfonden, discussed women in IT at our office in Copenhagen.
