How humans and AI complement each other

AI is a huge game-changer within service and support, and to deliver the best experience for users, we need to know how humans and technology complement each other because both offer something valuable for different tasks.

The largest unemployment insurance fund, Akademikernes A-kasse (AKA), has a special focus on how we can trust technology in doing its tasks and let the humans in the organization do what they do best.

 
 

What do humans and AI offer?
