Malin has mainly focused on the interplay between strategy, technology, and organization which has been crucial to the success of implementing different technologies such as AI!

From Turbulence to Transformation

Many of the core systems at AKA were not updated when Malin started working as AKA’s CIO, and therefore she spent the first years reducing the technical debt.

Since then Malin has implemented several projects aimed at developing the IT, Data & IT-Safety strategy, pushing toward innovation in different areas, and becoming an early adopter of different AI technologies.
