The renowned business newspaper, Børsen has highlighted SupWiz start-up journey, where rapid growth has been fueled by focusing on well-developed products and having a customer-centric approach.

Børsen points out our work together with sundhed.dk, the Danish eHealth Platform, which had an explosive growth in the number of inquiries. To help sundhed.dk, SupWiz made a Chatbot for their website, which resulted in a decrease of 42% in phone inquiries, and 52% of all inquiries were handled by the Chatbot. Shortly, 88% of all inquiries were handled by AI.
At SupWiz, we receive a significant number of inquiries when companies are facing a noticeable rise in requests. For example, during the energy crisis, a number of energy companies contacted SupWiz, because their customers wished to access bills and information about their agreements to a large extent.
