Leading TV station adds Emailbot for Customer Service

TV 2 in Denmark are now using both Chatbot and Emailbot to improve their customer service and support.
Many TV 2 users are more comfortable using the Email channel for questions. Therefore, TV 2 decided to hire another “employee” to their support: TV Torben – the Emailbot. Pernille Sønderlund, former Team Manager at TV 2, is very pleased with the Emailbot:
In 2019 TV 2 implemented SupWiz Chatbot to their support team to improve the customer experience. The Chatbot, also called TV Tove, and TV Torben are together helping the consultants by automatically answering several queries so that customers don’t have to wait for the next available employee – bots as employees are available 24/7 even during holidays.
When adding the Emailbot to their support team, TV Torben takes care of the more text-heavy inquires, and the Chatbot handles the short and simpler ones – a so-called win-win for all TV 2 users.
